This is a real area of weakness. I need to:

• Speak with more conviction
• Describe my vision of the future
• Speak directly to the interests of others

Other Areas Of Weakness

• I'm not great at providing rewards for performance. I need to be more creative, and develop ways to provide rewards that are personally meaningful to those with whom I work
• I always talk about the importance of postmortems, but I don't follow through. I need to prioritize, and block out time for, speaking about "what can we learn?"
